At Open Harvest, we exist to serve the needs of our membership and community, and our team is at the center of our success. We are not the same Co-op we were 10 years ago or even a year ago because we grow and change to fit the needs of our workers and our shoppers. Ours is a culture of continual improvement. It is going to take all of us to pull this project off, and volunteers are an important part of that.
